DRFSC provides scheduled inspection and servicing of fire hose reel installations across residential, commercial and industrial buildings to help maintain reliability and serviceability. Our engineers inspect and operate all accessible hose reel components where applicable, assessing condition, operation, accessibility and ease of deployment while identifying any deterioration, damage or defects that may affect performance. Particular attention is given to ensuring installations remain accessible and capable of safe operation. Any defects identified during servicing are clearly documented, with practical recommendations provided where remedial works should be considered.

Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintaining accurate service records is an important part of effective fire safety management and helps building managers and responsible persons demonstrate that fire protection equipment is being appropriately maintained. For fire hose reels, this means having a clear record of inspections, servicing and any actions identified during maintenance visits.
